I have bought several items from your store and my shopping experiences have always been very good; however, two of the pieces I recently purchased have 'broken'. Several months ago, I bought an enhancer with matching earrings (Style No. NP7508Z). After wearing the earrings one time, the post fell off! I put the earrings back in the original John Hardy brown bag to take to a jeweler to have the post re-attached, but have not had a chance to do so yet. Recently, I bought a Palu cuff, ring and earrings and after wearing the cuff (Style No. CZS7411WSXM) one time, the hinge came apart! It is in two pieces and I have placed it in the original JH bag. Are the pieces that you sell 'irregulars' or possibly defective? I realize they are greatly discounted, but I still spent a lot of money (for me) to have this jewelry fall apart after only one wearing. What should I now do with these two items? Should I return the to Jewelry Gal Boutique for repair or refund? Thank you so much, Carol
