I was absolutely delighted with the service and product. My one challenge was to convince Canadian customs of the price I paid versus the listed value. They held my ring for several weeks.
Would it be possible just to state the actual price I pay rather than the listed value for our custom and duty taxes?

I am very happy to have found this web site. John Hardy came up with truly amazing pieces in the past that unfortunately are no longer available and I have spent a considerable amount of time hunting for them on the internet until I found Jewelry Gal. It is particularly interesting that new items are being added every day. So my initial purchase very smoothly turned out into another purchase and now I am considering two more. I am not even going to comments on the prices. Anyone who is familiar with John Hardy knows that they speak for themselves.

I just received my order #WS27539 in the amount of $5,355 from UPS. UPS brought the box fully intact and taped properly. However on the inspection of the box you neglected to fill my entire order. The #208447 Lava Small Wide Hoops Earrings Dia 24.5 mm with Peridot in the amount of $173 WAS NOT in the box. I am disappointed one because you neglected to make sure my order was
complete and you stated my order would be in time for Mother's Day. I am sure this is a simple oversight on your part, but I wanted my 80 yr old mother to have these items on time. I love all the items you did send and I know she will too. The Peridot stone is one of her favorites. I would greatly appreciate it if you would express mail me those earrings so I can give them to her as soon as possible. I will be sending a copy of this email to American Express for their records. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter and express delivery of these earrings.
