The necklace I ordered is beautiful but I would rather have the longer version (spend more $). Have been trying unsuccessfully to reach someone to find the best way to handle this. Pieces are beautiful and authentic, but seems that customer service is lacking. I will be returning and I hope the longer style is still available whenever my credit is processed since a credit is the only option.

I purchased earrings yesterday and paid for overnight shipping. I recieved notice that my package would not be delivered until 1/13. Can we get this delieverd before Saturday?
